Store room for marine gear and stores.

The Marine Surveyors have a Chinese clerk

attached to their office; by removing that office next to

the correspondence Office, this clerk cauld be attached to the Secretariat and do general work when not occupied by the

Surveyors.

With regard to Emigration work i.e. checking and passing emigrants by the European clerk I see no reason why the Junk Inspectors should not help in their spare moments when in

office.
